Nashville Police just released body cam video footage of two hero police officers that shot Audrey Hale to death after searching the Covenant school building. These two police officers are Heroes. Bodycam footage shows the moments leading up to police fatally shooting the Nashville school shooter. Authorities said the shooter, 28-year-old Audrey Hale, killed three children and three adults before officers stopped the mass shooting inside the Covenant School, a private Christian elementary school.

WKNR reports: More information continues to come in regarding the shooting at The Covenant School, including that of the shooter, who is now dead. The shooter has been identified as 28-year-old Audrey Hale. Hale, who identified as transgender, was believed to live at Brightwood Avenue in the Belmont-Hillsboro neighborhood. When investigators searched the home they found detailed maps drawn of the school, including surveillance and entry points. Investigators also found a manifesto they’re going over that marked Monday’s date down. According to police, Hale had two assault rifles and a handgun, and two of the guns are believed to have been purchased legally. Hale, a former student at The Covenant School, had no criminal history, according to police.
